Thread: Reward DEV's do not Overlook

If you are tired of exploitersandknow you want to stop it SOE should respond to it. And SOE should offer a reward for people who turn in exploiters. 1 Million credits to the people who turn in exploiters how about that DEV's... let the community clean itself up?
Any comments?

a lot of people are already screaming "sploitz!!!!!" where there are no exploits now. imagine how bad it would be then.

it wouldn't be bad at all because there wouldnt be and posts of people screaming if the following happened:
- person A is caught exploiting by person B
- person B rats them out
- SOE bans/suspends person A
- person B gets a reward
no posts except for maybe the occasional "HAHAH I'm $1m richer!!! TYTYTYTYTY"

That's for the CSR to determine. If person A wasn't exploiting then they have nothing to worry about, right?

yes but think about how many posts you see on the forums where people are calling things exploits. its not about the fact that person a has nothing to worry about. just imagine how bad the devs/csrs would be spammed with sploit-reports if people had the chance to get a reward even.
or is your thought that if they are spammed with sploit-reports they have less time to mess up the game

I ran into someone like that this morning, I was grinding my Jedi and got tagged by a brand sparkling new MSL/MBH, I was down to 1/4 force so I started pretty much running around in circles channeling when I could. He had two movement buffs up and I had force run 1 and he was doing a pretty good job of keeping up with me when I was snared. But he was screaming that I was exploiting... ??? I was very confused by this, and when I had gotten my force and health back he seemed quite stunned when I stopped and headed towards him, about 5 hits later I get snared, he hits burst run and his two movement buffs and is 75m away before I can blink.... didn't hear from him again.
