.....And so war raged across the fields of battle. One side against the other. It was to be a fight to the death. Alas, who will win?
Ok. now onto other things. As I was perusing the Dev Tracker and Community Tracker I came across this:

garva nothing against you personally but we as a community are tired of being ignored.
the devs ram unwanted stuff down our throats and we leave and whine as needed
id never want your job
A better way to word that would have been
"The community is tired of not getting the answers they want
The devs make changes that many of us dont like and we quit"
The devs make changes that many of us dont like and we quit"
You dont have to be agressive to get your point across (I'm NOT saying you were I'm just giving an example of how to get your point across in a way that would more likely convey your message instead of getting dismissed as hostility)
This is part of our job (virrago, soterios, nadias) and if we didn't do it, you may have someone that would have gone nuts by now doing it.
To GarVa,
I do respect you (all of you; Big V, Sot, and Nad) because frankly you have a very unenviable job. It has to be tough, no doubts there, to try and keep some semblence of order in this forum and all the others. However, the statement above that I bolded is pretty hipocritical in my opinion. There have been countless posts such as this, worded almost exactly the same way, that bring forth the wrath of action against the posters before things are ever released Live. In fact, this "suggestion" of what to post was posted many times. Two times that come to mind when this statement was written by your customers was before the CU was launched, and yes, with the launch of Publish 24. We weren't listened to then when we flat out told SOE that we did not want it.
Our numerous suggestions over the years have fallen on deaf ears. What you all are seeing in the Jedi forums and others is utter exhaustion at the futility of even making such statements as the one above. We in the Jedi community have been told many things. We have suggested many things. We have pleaded for things. But then again so has every other profession in the game to no avail. What we need is results and communication. There is almost never "enough" communication in any type of business and here it is almost laughable. When even our arch-enemies are saying "whoa, I wouldn't want to be a Jedi right now(hehe but I am still gonna have fun hunting em down
)" , then that tells us all that something was done that should not have been.
So my question I guess, in a long round about way, is this. Why should we bother making or phrasing statements of our displeasure in the form you suggested when they have never nor will the ever be listened to? When governments stop listening to their citizens, inevitably, chaos insues and uprising rears its ugly head. None of those have ever been pretty but the results were usually positive. That is the point that many, many of us feel we have reached. We as a player base, and not just the Jedi, are tired of fighting to make this a great game. So the final battle is over and has been won.

they won't listen. Garva and Tiggs have decided that anyone who disagrees with their point of view is violating the TOS of the forums. I like your post though ... if they would just read it, instead of being immediately hostile towards it, they would see the logic of it. keep up the good work.
