Well, I've been reading the threads and I have to say the majority of posts are complaints. While we all have the right to be extremely annoyed with SOE and rightly so under these circumstances, the questionmust be asked, taking into consideration SOE's track record, how much faith are we supposed to put in SOE?

We need to be given far more information than this. How long has SOE been secretly working on this upgrade?

This is an important question, because it will ultimately determine the quality of this so called "NGE".

Testing begins tomorrow or so I've read but I'm not holding my breath.

Now, onto the topic. If SOE has been working hard for a lengthy period of time, which would explain the lack of bug fixes and lack ofinteraction / communication with the community that we've seen, have they been working only on the NGE or have they also been working hard to add a massive amount of content, such as lots ofnew quests?

It doesn't make much sense in just releasing the NGE without new content as they are affectively changing the way the game is going to be played entirely. SOE has stated that experience will still be obtainable from grind like methods i.e. Hunting, but faster progression will be made from quests. If this is the case then are all of our quests reset? Do we get a massive amount of new content?

I hope for the latter but don't mind running quests again.

As for the new method of play, I'm going to wait and see, carry out shedloads of testing on TC and go from there.
