Thread: IMO us vet Jedi will still be an alpha class
Except that by extra damage they meant 1% more, and extra protection means 1% more.
Trust me, the vet rewards won't do jack to make you more powerful than anyone else. I'll just enjoy having an exclusive robe and title that are no longer attainable....till newbs start whining how they can't get that stuff and they want it, so we lose that too.

Want to be an alpha class? Throw up your HELPER tag, hit the "blue glowie" switch, and start helping noobs. Be a true Vet, and try to work with the system to make it better. Maybe the game will be awful and we'll all quit. Maybe it will be great and we'll love it even more than we did. But at least we can say we tried. And even though most noobs won't respect the work you put in, and most won't even appreciate the help you give them, you'll know. And that should be enough for you. It's enough for me.

I'd prefer to cut them down where they stand.. I am evil for gods sake.

I plan to give the NGE a chance. And I'm actually ok with Jedi vet rewards not doing anything to make us more powerful. All I want is to be able to keep my rewards (title and robe) as at least a little bit of recognition for what I did. The problem is whenever someone has something that someone else can't have in an MMO, the have nots cry imbalance or injustice and you lose it. It's doubtful the rewards will stay exclusive to vet Jedi.
To those that don't believe that....a month ago what would you have said the chances would be that Jedi would be a starter prof?
