Well with the Imperial Crackdown publish I thought it'd be cool if a FSC at Jedi knight level get "mind trick" so they could mosy through the shakedowns. I dunno tell me what you think

hmmm, aint it probots scanning? Jedi mind trick should not work in wires and hardware only regular NPCs and animals as it already do.

I know this has been posted before. But I tried getting scanned for weeks to test out my jedi mind trick powers 
. I finally did today. Pretty cool. First time this happened to me.

I'm reading up on the powers tree 'cause I figure if they un-nerf it it will be pretty pimped out, but until then i guess I gotta watch it,

Tunrs a players pet onto its owner.
Would be great if AT's were pets and not NPC's, or if anyone was a Creature Handler.
Sadly though, neither is true so the skill is kinda worthless.

me personally i would like jedi mind trick to make BH's forget the contract on you or something when they attack , that right there would make it worthwhile, auto cancel tef's

when you get stopped by a stormtrooper for a scan you do a little hand motion and say move along or something and they don't scan you kind of like in star wars episode IV. That's the only thing I've heard it does and no, I'm not kidding.

You don't need Jedi Mind Tricks for this to occur. Any Padawan can do it I'm pretty sure. I'm at least positive it has nothing to do with the Power tree.
But it's handy... very handy. It's great vs. anyone stupid enough to pull an AT-ST on a jedi.

while i do not kow this i think it has something to do with the controlling of npc's. i mean a jedi can take control of animals, why not weakminded npc's/shrug.
