Two templates:
MLS/MD/H4004(that last line is healer will be usefull against CMs)
or
LS 0404/MD/E4004/H4001
I'm having a terrible time trying to decide which of these two I want and I'm at the point where I really need to make up my mind. From what I can tell the first will be high damage output, good defense and healing, but it will lack force run or a way to recharge my force. The second is medium damage, good defense, medium healing,but hasforce run and meditate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PvP, PvE or BH is main focus?
I like the second one. I was MLS / MDef / H4040 and changed to MLS / Def4440 / Enh3002 / H4000
I havent had the poisons, disease from Cm do enough to me that warranted picking up the 0004 branch of healer. I had it right when CU popped, and was one of first things I changed.
In your second template I would change to LS0404 / MDef / Ehn3004 / H4200 or H4020
I personally would rather use the FR that I can leave on all the time, and I found that of the DOTs, fire was the damaging one. Also wound heal is a great conveinence. The Sap line isnt quite the same since it was changed.
In the second one you have more flexibility the root and FR will be your best friends against BH, and the meditate and channel are very nice to have.
Without channel in the first template, you will be sitting and waiting in PvE more than you actually attack.
