Yea it works for ALL sabers.
The melee speed CAs are working
The LS speed CAs are not.

This is not true.
Both CAs work, both effect modified speed, and modified speed is broken / bugged.
This is why they appear not to work, because the item the effect is broken.

I understand the modified speed is changed, yet when I have my +18 in general melee speed cloths I see a significant difference in speed and especially the timer in power attack. I also have +25 DB LS speed and see no difference. It might be a combination of both the modified speed and jedi speed CAs not working who really knows. AllI know for sure is whenI have my +18 general melee speed cloths on I see a difference.

Show me numbers. A visual recognition doesnt show much because of lag and other factors, such as wanting to believe.
I have +25 to both and there is no difference in either.
However I will say that somtimes it works and sometimes it doesnt work. it is not a completly broken thing. Every once in awhile I will notice that I attack super fast and all my action is gone.
When people were talking about higher action or force cost, I believe they were really seeing their speed jump to what it should be and thus draining faster, since my tests showed the actual costs for my action and mind had not changed.
I get this too sometimes. Maybe not broken but bugged? Whatever it is I hope it gets fixed soon. It would be a shame to have these attachments that don't do a thing.
