Thread: Shouldn't Elder status be given to those who at least qualify for the old knight trials?

It seems like granting elder status to newb jedi on Nov 14th and not newb Jedi on Nov 15th is gonna cause alot of hard feelings. People who get within hours of unlocking padawan but can't until the 15th are already bitter about that. And the Jedi who were cheated out of Knight trials are already bitter about being "elevated" to a status that any hybrid can get now as well. At least make there some base requirement to distinguish padawans from veteran jedi, otherwise I don't think anyone's gonna enjoy these "perks". Who can really start off padawan and instantly be shot up to full status and really say they enjoy that?

I agree,elder title should be granted to those who has enough skillpoints in jedi to qualify for Knight Trials (206jedi+24 FS sp) if I dont remember it wrong

It would appear you care. You can support this nerf all you like, but there is one point you cant defend : 90% of players will be Jedi. There will be no crafters. There will be no entertainers.
