Thread: Just got my first glimpse of the NGE

I logged in after 2 days of trying. Thought I would give it a shot. First off thing I noticed what that I hated the combat interface. Felt a lot like halo. Next, BAM!!!! the annoying voice of c3p0 which ussually wouldnt matter, but the things he was telling me kept over lapping, so I had no idea what he was saying. After a minute or 2 I did what he wanted, and met han solo. Came up on some stormies and killed them in an uncomfotable fashion, but I was starting to get excited to see some action. I loot them troopers and han tells me to get on the Falcon. That's where it end... I can't get on. I tried for 10 minutes before I had to try to log out, log in. The log in part never happened. So much for being able to talk about how jedi is.

i didnt even try to DL the TC

I found the trick to getting on the falcon the other day.
Wait.
I stood on the ramp to the falcon, alt tabbed out, went to read some webcomics, post on the forums, etc. I came back after 10 minutes, nothing. 20 minutes, BAM! I was on the crapstation.

I found that an unstick macro worked for me.
Step 1: press the ';' key that now brings up the macro menu
Step 2; Create your unstick macro in the ordinary way (all it 'unstick')
/unstick;
/pause 60;
/macro unstick;
Step 4. Place it in your toolbar
Step 5 Put your cursor over your new hotbar button and right-click to activate the macro
Step 6. Look and face forward.
That worked for me.
