Currently on live we have a 60second delay on overtness and tef while traveling, and it's seldom enough time for some of us to actually load before we're attacked. On TC2 it's not enough time for me while being permanently overt which equates into a death everytime I land at the Mining Outpost on Yavin where the DJ Knights have been hanging out. With and xp cost of -200k and loss in rank, Jedi Knights need more than 60 seconds before their Overt Status is made visible can the devs possibly increase that to 2 minutes or even 3 to be safe? Obviously in that time you wouldn't be able to attack opposing factions either.

From what i understand, if you want to start a new proff after your 9 respecs, u need to deleat and start again.

other than all the OTHER probs with stuff, cash, badges, etc etc etc , what about pilot?

You not only lose your pilot, u also lose your 2x or 4x XP!

why am i posting here? cuz the NGE forums are going so fast, and i want to focus on us pilots.

That's a really good question. I've asked the devs about the flip side of that issue--i.e., whether we'll still be able to switch pilot squads without having to restart our entire characters--but I'll ask about this, too.

One thing is, there's some talk about changes to the way you learn pilot skills in space in the NGE, so I'm not entirely sure whether the experience bonus for mastering different factions will still be necessary.

Also, as of this morning there's a pilot forum in the NGE boards. I don't mind talk about NGE stuff here, but it's probably more efficient if we could try to collect it all over there.
