Item decay has been removed, so it should include lightsaber pearls etc.

some guy just claimed to have looted a pearl on TC-Corbantis that had 1000/1000 condition...hopefully there is no decay, but you'd think they would take condition off of items, especially freshly looted NGE items.

All the items still show condition and new players even get the new player message about exempt and insurance etc etc, but it has been tested on TC and all decay has been removed.
