They should make snare debuff ONE LEVEL of the FR buff: make FR3 into FR2, FR2 into FR1 and FR1 into normal speed.

Plain and simple. No hard feelings, the ranged profs get what they want, we can keep what we worked for (I spent many skillpoints to get Master Enhancer - now if a Novice Rifleman can take away my FR3 (with a plus snare), I don't know what I'll do. But that won't be nice, that's sure.

I was talking about the planned changes, that Snare knocks out FR altogether AND puts the snare effect on you as well.
