Since AI has like the worst snare in the game now innately, will I be able to force run with it on to tryand at least walk? Or does the AI snare also debuff FR?

I'm against other players being able to debuff FR as well btw. MBH/MCM with overpowered electrolyte drain (snare) and overpowered thyroid rupture (speed debuff) and very good healing power are going to be gods imo when FR is debuffed.
