Seriously, its too laggy and it seems you need a walkthrough just to get started on these dumb quests.

Er... just talk to the NPC's in the Mensix complex, then look at your Quest Journal (CTRL + J) and off you go...

Its nice to know they allowed you to cancel.
I tried not once but twice yesterday. Received an email this morning @ 1 am with a pre-order key.
Emailed them back telling them I wanted it terminated.
Their response:
"Once a key is issued there are no returns".
Most players never even received a pre-order key. They just logged in. But those of us who tried to cancel were deliberately issued keys to prevent cancellation of a lousy add-on by this company.
But it cost them. I was planning on buying Battlefront 2 and Empire At War. Lucasarts will receive no further business from this buyer.
Devs, call it trolling, call it ranting, raving whatever... At this point I honestly don't care.

No, a Xandak (or whatever they are called) ate it when I was negotiating with it's friends.

Dispute the charge on your credit card. If you cancelled it before the sale was complete and have acknolwedgement of such, it constitutes as theft if they do not return your money. Incompetence is not an excuse.

It's best that you do it ASAP; especially if you used a debit card. With debit cards, even used as credit cards, the funds are placed on hold for a day or two and then deducted from your account. It's much harder to get your money back that way once the transaction posts to your account and the money is deducted. Traditional credit cards are easier to handle disputes with as no money is paid on your end until the credit card bill.
Make sure to print out copies of the e-mail confirming your pre-order cancelation and all correspondances with LA.
