This idea has great appeal to me, and it seems very possible.

When the FRS was removed, ALL jedi were reduced to padawan level. Even those that have a Master or Knight tag over thier heads, no longer hold the powers of that title. So therefore. all full template jedi are padawans. Pre 9, PreCU, PostCU, dosent matter. Padawans.

Padawans, while strong, are really still at the "training" stage. Not weak in any right but, not fully developed. So a seasoned and prepared warrior, be it BH or any ranged or melee prof, should have a chance at out fighting the padawan. Not an easy fight mind you but, a decent chance.

This is where we stand now. Those that were Knights and Masters, who used to be the "alpha class", are no longer that. They are reduced to the same level as those who just finished thier first template. Now these "Knights" and such have the upper hand because of experience. They know how to fight and have been building sabers and such for a long time. So yes they are the stronger of the padawans. But still Padawans with limited power.

Maybe, just maybe, the Devs have developed a new FRS. At least a majority of it and, are now placing jedi closer to power with normal professions because of that padawan status. Because when the new FRS is released and, those padawans start turning into knights, they can be bestowed with the power of Knights and such.

Basically, if we have too much power now and stomp anyone who gets in our way, if they gave us power on top of that with a FRS we would be hated severely because we would crush anything we wanted.

There will probably be all kinds of bonuses to speed, damage, accuracy, etc...with the FRS and, those will put us up in power.

I know it sucks. I am not a Pre 9 or, a PreCU jedi. I never knew the power you guys had with the old FRS but, I remember watching you with great interest. I was in awe when I saw a jedi for the first time. I started about 2 years ago and, they were not as numerous as we are now.

I also know that some of our problems need fixed now. Bugs and such but, power will come in time.

Everyone needs to just stop freaking out and be patient and see how the FRS stacks up. If we still suck at higher ranks, then by all means flip out on the devs.
