This came to me after thinking for a long while. An idea to save the "galaxy as we know it". I dont know if it will work or not, but its a hell of an idea. EQ2 has different servers, ones you can buy credits legally from SOE and others where you cant. This gives both sets of players to experience just what they wanted. Same with SWG. If we had a few servers where "everyone" can play as a jedi or whatever character they want, this whole situation would be eliminated. The top concerns of the Devs are:

1. it doesnt feel "star warsy"

2. more accounts quit trying and getting frustrated BECOMING jedi, than introing somthing like this and losing players.

If there were a few new servers where everyone could become jedi, over half of the battle would be solved. Maybe they would actually perfer another profession over jedi. As for the "star warsy" part, that can be negotiated. Trainers can be removed, and other things can be changed. The fact that a whole community will suffer because of a few peoples decisions is absurd. Let the players try it. It wont be that hard. To ruin the time and effort that has been put forth by so many valuable members to the community is rediculous.
