Thread: Grinding? Any Point Anymore?

If you are already a Jedi and CL 80, but not full template, is there any point to continue with grinding? I'm just curious to see if I have more Jedi skills trained if you will be able to respec better, or will respecing be soley based on CL like they are kind of implying. Right now I'm LS xx42, Heal 3xxx, enh 3xx2, def 4x4x. Do you think it would be good to train some of the lower level boxesfor Jedi Skill points to add to trespec, or just wait and bank as much exp as I can and see what happens? Any thoughts anyone?

Tiggs said that trick doesn't work in the new system.

im not grinding...im doing kashyyk and mustafar quests for the loot...im also going to be decorating my bunker and making some nice screenshots of the "old" system for an online album...just in case this is the end

I don't think XP will be carried over, but Skill Points will. Not 100% sure though.

Jedi xp wont exsist after this goes live, so it wont carry over. Neither will negative xp.

the new respec will be based on CL not skillpoints spent (skillpoints are going bye bye) once you hit lvl 90 your done

thats why any cl 80 jedi now will be a cl 80 jedi in the new system

they consider CL 80 to equal 250 skillpoints

least thats how i read it

I would not have any "banked" exp as they said they are going to wipe negative exp so they may just go with levels only for conversion.
