OMg just played for 4 hours . And i telll u what i realy hate u fing greedy money hogging top dogs at soe. this game is for ps3 and everyone knows it. losing 70% of a game is not a fing upgrade

Right, because everyone knows this should be a not-for-profit effort, where the developers work 24/7 out of the kindness of their heart to produce a game for you to play.
Its real simple. If you like it, have a coke and a smile and keep playing. If you don't, give me all your stuff then cancel your account.

Simple thing is...you don't treat people who have been loyal to a product for 2.5 years+ like this...regardless

i been paying $15 a month for 3 years now . and what effort are u talking about taking 70% of the game out. all they did was turn chess in to checkers.

Its really not "big" talk. The OP suggested that SOE was greedy, and I simply pointed out that OF COURSE THEY ARE, ITS A FREAKIN BUSINESS! As a consumer of a business like this, you vote with your dollars. You no likey? You no buyie!
Customer service, and how we are treated, is a whole other ball of wax and a completely seperate discussion from how SOE modifies its product offer. And I totally agree, customer-service-wise, they suck.
