For those cancelling, like me. Remember to log back on and VERIFY status indeed says Cancelled. I went to do their cancel survey and once I got back and rechecked it never updated, lol. Updated the second time tho. It did this for the 2 accounts I had. i think there is a bug when you decide to do the survey. Anycase, make sure you CHECK.
