i was told +25 is the max you can add to any skill throw enhncements. someone told me this is not true for accuracy that you can keep raiseing that number up past +25 can anyone confirm this thank's

By skill mods (granted by skill boxes) your accuracy can go up to the cap (if there's one), by SEAs the max is +25 in everything.

so with clothing you can go oner +25 then?

Well you can have 25 on gen ranged, 25 on LS, some on food, some of drink etc etc. But to be honest 13 points of carbine accuracy got me 1 point of extra damage in PvP and 3 points in PvE. When you at the top of the curve nothing much helps at all.

SOE fix speed please !!
