make the BH lose money if he loses...
however, the amount this BH loses is increased through diminishing returns...
killing a newbie jedi with 1 skill would result in a 50k loss and a full template a 5-10k loss..
then, the jedi cant cry because we suffer no loss, and 50k to us is about equal as xp loss with the new spin groups out...
