Defender 444x. Force Armor doesn't add any Defenses. It just adds Armor.
im currently MLS - Defender 4x4x - Enhance 34x2 - Healer 4xxx
must say the 'defence' i have is prolly equal to a master defender, but the force costs are high...tis a nice temp, just find my self losing force with my 29 fc saber 
have been considering lookin at dropping enhance x4xx for def x4xx, see how the innate armor compares.
double xp so good time to test 
mls / menhance is tempting me during this period too
would go mls / mdef but then lose some handy things from enhance 
(notably +speed, force runand -root-) also dont like thought of losing 1/3 of me healing power
but would stacking aura and armour compare to the protection from attacks that defender 444x would provide? i would like to incorporate cloak into my template but probly wont have enough sp for that and def444x. also what is this i hear about cloak getting nerfed?
