I have heard of many instances where players DO NOT get a system message telling them they have unlocked the FSCS when they unlock. So, here is my advice:
-After doing your 4 holocrons, TRY TO MAKE YOUR FSC!

-After every profession after that, TRY TO MAKE YOUR FSC!

For those of you who have done 20+ professions, chances are you unlocked your FSCS a long time ago and never realized it!

more likely you got the message but were to dumb to see it or you were near a starport and missed it on spatial . message appears like 15 secs after you open it .

Seriously, I have told a lot of people that have done 20+ professions to make their Jedi character, and they were able to. I don't know if they just missed the system message or what, but they were suprised that they were able to!

Well, here is something other then creating a character.
Use a holocron, if it does not tell you anything, that INCLUDES, but is not limited to "The Holocron is quiet. The ancients knowledge of the force will no longer assist you on your journey. You must countinue seeking on your own".
