Ok with the CU coming and everything im kinda worried now about the template to take so im asking the jedi vet's here can you guys give me ideas please

Erm, can you be more specific??
Do you mean what Jedi template to "aim" for, what non-Jedi template to have whilst grinding, transition jedi/non-jedi templates (i.e. the grind path)??

i think he means t he jedi template to aim for....
i say do whatever you think is fun 
but remember u have enough skill points to only really have 3 novice boxes
for example...
2 masters and 2 trees (M aster Lightsaber, Master Enhancer, 4004 healer
or
1 master and 6 trees (Master Lighsaber, 4404 power, 4404 defender)
Just examples

Um... come back in .. 6 months when you have the XP you need to worry about that.
And er.. thats in about 60-70 thousand kills time.

hehe long path indeed, and not an easy one. there are times where you want to just quit, just fight through it

Well being one of only a few Jedi (probably) to have experienced more than one complete template I can tell you this:
It's really up to you!
There are posts (see the stickies) that exist explaining all the common templates (my 2nd template isn't listed there though - odd cos it's kinda nice)
The template you choose should really be based around how you play the game, whether you PvM, PvE, PvP or a mixture - whether you like going solo, small groups or big groups.
ATM MLS is almost a must - although this is expected to change slightly after the CU. ATM Healer 4004 is pretty much a certain too (although 4001 is all that's really required if the are going 100% PvM/PvE and don't care about BHs). So all in all that doesn't (pre-CU remember) leave you much room to play with.

There is someone on my server who went from initiate to knight in about 5 weeks (not a rumour either - I've confirmed it myself, as I know them) - the grind doesn't have to be as long as some people tell you. The hard bit is MLS - after that ~1M xp per buff isn't to hard and the xp just flies by
