Thread: Lightsaber Conversion Question....

my 4th gen saber is around 710 max, with a ~2.3 speed base, FC 16, with a SAC of 105. This is a 7pt Saber (those are rough estimates, since i don't have my inventory open, and I'm logged out)


I'm not clear on how this is going to convert. Would it be worth my time to grind up to Master Sabers, and use my guilds +25 suit to craft a 12pt 3rd Gen, or should I just wait to see how everything converts over?


And if I wait, is my guilds +25 exp suit going to be useful still, or are the mods going to be "dead"?


I'm currently sitting at 3444 Sabers, and wondering if I should bother grinding up the last few boxes.

I am crafting sets of 4rd and 4th gen sabers, capping a different experimentation on each.


Yeah am master sabers so would recommend it tbh.

It has been stated that all speed/sac/FC costs on weapons are simply dropped in the conversion code, meaning only damage is looked at, and elemental if it has it.

With this in mind, if you have 10 experimentation, you can cap the damage line to your servers max %. The only real advantage with MLS+suit is having an extra 25 points to try and eek out amazings to get your hidden decimal a little higher.

But hell, if you can respec or grind it out relatively quick, may as well, those hidden decimals may make or break the conversion, so to speak.

Last night On Ahazi I made 2 4th gens that capped a 269. The 3rd gen was 257

I got 8 points in amazing damage, rest greats, on damage. 268.
