So far, it seems you will be able to to. I respec'd my Jedi to BHon tc-corbantis and I can still go blue glowy, even with BH armor on. I was also able to get my Robe and Crystal rewards, I have no use for them of course, and I can't wear the robes, but I can get them. I'm hoping I can at least drop the robes in my house, but I haven't had a chance to try that yet.
