Thread: Remembering FRS (for those who were apart of it.)

The FRS use to be fun. It was a challenge to get anywhere in it even first rank. People say that fight clubbers ruined it but it was still fun. No one forced you to do anything to get to any rank. Ah MENH it was so much fun then. You might have not been able to last for then a few minutes with force armor on, but when you had it on it took 3 or more jedi to kill you. Powers jedi being strong when they got to a high enough rank, when you saw a MDEF use AI it was cool because almost no one had it. Lots of memories that are just videos, screenshots, and titles you can no longer get in game. I was sad to see it go as well...good times, good times...

Im not talking about Post CU, Im talking about Pre.
I could tank a jedi with my FA on even at rank 3 or 4, all I had to do was channel every 30 seconds and drain efficiently and I could outlast my oponent till they had no force left, give em a slash, posturechange, and pray they would KD themselves.
I miss the FRS, it at least gave us something to work for.
if anything was cool .. it was being apart of that sentinel group, even though you didn't always pvp together, atleast you knew other people knew you had skills.

at rank 3-4? I doubt it. Maybe just against Jedi... I took a rank 3 down to 0 force in about 2 minutes on my swordsman toon.

What's your point? He was obviously talking about jedi in that situation. I know a guy that had a 1500 max damage pike (no that is not a typo) That could run a jedi using FA out of force in two hits, maybe even one. Notice how he also said he would drain the jedi, isn't that sort of a give away he was talking about tanking jedi?

Well ya, cause I couldnt drain swordsman. Bria had a swords/BH with a 1200 or so max hammer, and MY GOD the only way I could keep up with the heals was to have force armor on, but with it on, I was at 0 force in about 1min.
