A better solution might just be to give us all dizzy / stun / blind recoveries like every other combat profession has.
yeah that is a great idea. I would like to see this added but something tells me we wont get it. where would we put those skills? in both the powers and LS skill trees? In the initiate box? it would be interesting to see how they would impliment something like that
well, dev insite says he will consider a respec when frs is enabled after itis approved by lucas arts. So we shall wait and see. And i am excited if stun works. Till the updates.. dont get too cozy with how you jedi pvp now.. because at pub 19 alot of things will change.
lets just call it a jedi publish

Jedi is a profession. with master subsets.
It has states resists, natural and buffs.. and state heals.. well do you pick them or not?

Just put it in the Jedi Initiateor Jedi Padawanbox, much like Knockdown Recovery is in the Initiate box now.

Oh, please ...A non-FS full-template combatant can choose from eight professions that give him the ability to use stun, blind, or dizzy recovery, or they can get 4xxx Medic and use stabilizers.
The only option Jedi have to get out from states is to get xxx4 Force Healing. If the goal is to prevent FOTM templates and keep a diversity of options, it only makes sense to grant Jedi the recoveries. The benefit of Heal States would remain that it does all of them in one fell swoop, and could also heal things such as intimidation.
It will defitely change the makeup of master defenders, lightsabers 0404 with enhancer and a bit of healer templates out there. People will have to adjust.
They use stun on you. LS 0040 can put stun on them. Or you can use jedi healer skills to get rid of the state. Or you can wait it out. Especially with states resists and block, not all of their attacks connect all the time.
Jedi should not be the automatic "I win" profession.

i am sorry,i am one of those people who like a challenge
i am sorry, i am one of those people who dont want to have everything handled to me on a silver platter.
I am sorry, i dont have problems killing normal professions even without elemental damage or a bugged armor break.
I am sorry, i saw you use the word "choose"
I am sorry, even though the states (stun)dont work when appied, they cant really be spammed on.
I am sorry, states on last 30 sec or so
I am sorry, but states working properly dont phase me. sorry that it doesn't phase me to the least.
I am sorry, maybe i should start whining and crying so you can feel better. It will not change -anything- if you
