Yeah i don't get these people, paying to suffer lol Some of these whiners sound like they escaped a mental institution or came from K-PAX, actually no K-Paxians are calm and cool
. Seriously no one is forcing you to play, if its not fun why not quit? I'm sure it will make everything better for people who like the game and yourself.

Having SOE track and develop two seperate code bases of this magnitude just ain't ganna happen, people. They're having enough problems keeping the current code base stable.
Like the previous poster said: It's time to accept the changes and move on, or cancel.

lol for those of you going around telling people not to complain or whine. lol i'm willing to bet the farm you complain yourselves. probably about differnet things that affect only "YOU" don't look now but your whining about other people whining lol. seems to me if you all are so comfortable with SWG and happy. don't read the threads that you deem to be "whining" lol simple as that
ireally hopethey split up SWG into SWG1 and SWG2 that way all these people who really enjoy CU can go to SWG2 and we can go back to pre-cu. I'm willing to bet, SWG 2 would be stuck with juvinile's, parents and newbs who just don't know any better. (its a shame it probaly won't happen, but why not have two versions, there is EQ1 and EQ2 after all. why not SWG 1 and 2)
and as far as why we stay. hmmm lemme guess, think real hard, use all of your brain , not just the part you scratch. SWG happens to be the only star wars mmo out there ! lolol amazing....

Developing seperate code would be very difficult, but if you released the pre-cu with the disclaimer that it is a finished product (no more developments, tweaks, fixes)....the server would still do exceptionally well.

this game is now 2 years old don't expect any sweeping changes, all that's left is for them to rotate the FOTM class every few months to keep everyone playing/semi-happy.
maybe throw in another couple of small expansions.![]()

This post is being locked as we have already answered that a pre cu server will not be happening.

Can someone tell me why this thread was locked ?
"ok now how many of you wanna see a preCU roll back? "
Is it because we(your customers) were expressing our opinions about the game we are all so passionate about and the N*zi's (i mean SOE police) didn't like it ?

We all do, but the devs aren't the smartest people in the world, so it probably won't happen. They've become the greedy Scrooge of the mmorpg realm and worry more about profits than pleasing the public.
but....
/bump for SWG 1!!!(pre-cu)
