Thread: Sap or Melee Defense?

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I really just want opinions from those who have both of 'em. Melee defense is probably a nice boost (being the FotM choice) but just wondering if Sap can hold up at all...I'm aiming for a slightly more offensive angle than the FotM. Seems like it'll be nice when they add higher cost to heals...

Sap might actually be really good after ToOW considering heals and saber specials now take both mind and action.

I'd take melee defense now, but I'd wait to see how badly pub 24 changes combat.

it just depends. sap is more for a 1 vs 1 thing
