You sitting around dreaming up new baseless rumors again?

Although it would be nice to have those crystals that have been hiding in the .tre files for a year or so in game, I truely doubt they are in ToOW. Mainly because they would be trumpetting it as the greatest feature since sliced armor in all their adverstising if it were true.

A week before "pre-release" (whatever that means) and no mention of it from them. So pretty unlikely.

Yeah, those posts have been around for a while. It's just sick that they keep this stuff locked away and sit on it for months on end. I've looted Bane's and have the Sunriders but I refuse to use them since they aren't "my color". Sure the extra damage could only help but no way am I going to run around with a baby blue or pink saber.

My feelings on the named crystals: Give me access to the Quigon (sp?) one. I'll kill 50 Necrosises (Necrosi?) to get one if I have to, I don't care, just put it in the damn game.

I bet the infamous "black crystal" was included in the post also.

Perhaps, but Black crystal doesn't give a black saber, but gives a very tight white saber. It actually looks kinda cool, but certainly not as cool as an actual black blade would be.

in my honest opinion a lot of those pictures just look like crystals we already have with fancy names...and the black crystal. well that might be new. or it might be photoshopped

Indeed, however it doesn't matter if they are identical in color, named crystals so far have better elemental damage. Currently there are only 2 named crystals in game and if you want their benefits you have put with having either a baby blue or pink saber. Some dig that, I don't.

According to the post that those pictures originally came from, the person extracted the files from the .tre files and made a clientside mod, just like any clientside mod out there. For example, there's one out there that will change your R2 Unit into Necrosis. Or your swoop into a Lambda Shuttle.

Hmm, I that sounds pretty entertaining now that I mention it. I wouldnt' mind driving around a Lambda for a while. Even if no one else can see it but me.

thanks for the link. to me some of them look identicle to each other but might be the angle and how the jedi is posed but there are some really cool lookin ones and id love to get a kenobi's legacy or qui gons devotion.
