friend toldme the new robes everyone been talking about was Cloaks just with Status on them... no new robes... can any one proof me wrong?

They're cloaks, not robes.

Do they go over top of padawan robes? Whats the scoop? Are they the same cloaks we have in live now pre toow?

They're cloaks, they dont' go over robes, they don't have sockets.
