Do general ranged accuracy and speed tapes apply to powers? and if so can you stack general accuracy with force accuracy tapes?

Ranged Speed and accuracy are supposed to work with Force Powers. Dunno if it does, with all the current bugs in SWG. But supposedly it should work.
