Its no Exploit! It is TRUE! It was introduced with Beta. It was so you could place alot of the Loot that was only able to go in your Inventory or Bank. So that means your Sabers and Robes can also be dropped! So yes I can confirm this is not an exploit and is intended well it was stated on the Beta forums. Also if you have these "senseitive items" in a house you can NOT trade the house.
