Thread: Just got off test center and...........

the game is dead. i bught a pc game, not a playstation FREEBIE game. it bored me to death. and pvp will be even worse. the devs dont get it, havent got it, and never will get it. i was put to sleep by the boring, uninvolved , unorignal, mouse combat. the in depth combat is gone. its a clone of any 1st person shooter arcade game, that i dont play. its another copycat unoriginal idea, brought to you by the people who invented the lava saber.
the only thing i can say hat maybe a plus will be the lag, because people arent going to be playing this. another big disappointment is all i can say.
the game we bought, swg pre cu, pc platform, has been replaced by a cheesy 1st person shooter. what you see in front of you is what you can shoot/slash. whats behid you? who knows
to all the freebies, you never did get jedi, and you never played a jedi. this isnt jedi, its a disgrace, from a disgraceful unimaginative dumb dumber dumberest dev team.

Pre Cu was good to point... the spam attacks where lame i will say that but anything is better than the current combat system of CU1 ...
almost 6 months of fixes and nerfs and its only gotten worse at least the new system has a slight chance of being improved on not falure after falure but who knows what they will do to CU2 in the next 6 months we can only hope they improve not defuse..

I dreaded the CU1 but finally I started to like the combat more then preCU. (Yeah some of us like it better than back then)
The new combat system had the same apeal to me like a toasted slug. (AFTER it swam through a salt lake)

canceling all of my 6 accts too. If I wanted a concole game I would have bought one. Add to that the bait & switch tactic on the new exansion and the new info I just read about ADK's uselessness being leaked out by some people under the NDA, which therefore gave some people an advantage over others in stuff.

As I stated, I am cancelling my 4 accounts as soon as it goes live and I claim the rewards. I do like some aspects of the system, but what they have done to Jedi is as unethical as the deliberate timing of the NGE announcement. Not to mention the thing is buggy as all get out, and isn't even CLOSE to being ready for live.
I resolve to NEVER AGAIN pay for what amounts to a beta over promises that "we'll fix it". Been fooled and burned on that once, with the CU1. We've been strung along for 6 months while they did little to nothing to fix anything all the while planning to drop ANOTHER combat system on us.
Who's to say they won't be changing it again 6 months from now?

kinda summed it all up and for all those lava saber lovers, grow some 'big boy hair' and get with the program
