If so, does anyone remember where it was? i could try running out and doing it, and see if i unlock anything from using it.

Out by the temple on Dantoonie, npc behind the waterfall and one out front.

alright, i'll level one time, then i'll head out that way. see if it wants to scale him down to my level, i remember doing it back before the CU. so i don't know what he'll be conning now.
