Thread: Breaking Macros
I am kinda tired of the breaking macros during combat, which forces me to constantly dump and re-apply them.
So, I was wondering if there is any command line to ensure my macro's don't get broken during combat, and that they get priority regardless of what's pressed. The main macros I use are infusion and aura.

I feel your pain. And dont know an easy fix. i can tell you what i do, and it may help.
I tie all my support skills to hotkeys through macros. just make a macro for forceheal self aura infusion AI root snare transfer whatever
Then bind them in your ui keymap to H for heal, a for aura, i for infusion D for Dump
Now I just watch my aura as it fades out and if it doesnt reapply i just hit d then a, i and im back in buisness no loss time. its teh best workaroudn i have found but im not a smart man.
Frees up a heck of a lot of toolbar slots for me to where i can have a wide arrays of attacks or foods.
Even got one to eat a stimand ruby to suppliment the force heal and save on force. =S
i still have infusion and heal on the hotbar but those are non macroed without self at teh end so i can heal my group members.
If there is a way to give priority to macros let me know id try it.

You can try /clear in the line before the command, to hopefully open the one queued command for you infusion, Play with timers, in the loop, if you use combat attack macro's. The old command I believe was /ui action clearCombatQueue; All the different possible speed buffs, and the times built in to your attack macros, with the new SL double speed, and variable server upload laggy ness, just makes it tofuzzy.
My personal solution, is when I see critical loops got skipped in combat, I have a combo key thatdumps, clears the Que, applies aura. Because of lag, in large battles I wait to see it apply then reactivate infusion loop. I've keyed 9 combinations to the num pad. Part of my need for this is my kd recover bug fix'n macro. I also dump, in there, add a kdrecover, kneel and anything else you want to try to get up, kneeling is actually a defensive move for jedi, so its pretty good. I physically untarget every thing, that also causes combat spam, which appears to me as delaying recovery. There maybe a /ui action targetAtCursor Stop; thou I haven't tried macroing an untarget in combat.
