Thread: New master healer skill

Believe that Bastila from Kotor used Battle Meditation (I thought she mastered it)... Not sure if Yoda perfected the skill from how Bastila used it, I have yet to read a book or see anything to suggest he did (granted there are alot of books I have yet to read).


I like the idea of having the skill in the game, but I feel it would be better fitted into the enhancer or defender skill sets. I really don't feel that this would be a "healer" skill. Healer should be simply that, the abilty to heal.


I think the biggest problem is that SOE is so worried about pumpimg out the expansions that we begged for so long and charging us extra for the content that there is not enough personell in the SWG staff to even read the forums and focus on some of the great ideas that some of the players have.

enahncer and defender have had more love then healer, Master healer needs a comeback badly, I miss that damn skill so much =( its just usless for pvp since you have no def

Not saying that healer doesn't need loving, god knows it does (the devs sure don't). I just feel if a skill like this was added in the game that it would not fit the "role" of a healer. Healer (IMO) just needs a complete revamp.. maybe a area heal and a rez skill.


BTW, I love this color I have been typing in tonight.

Battle meditation


It was a technique used and perfected by master yoda himself. The skill utilized focuses on raising the morale of your brothers in arms and lowers the combat prowess of your enemy.


Anyone not see this as a viable skill since healer is meant to be a support role anyway?

hmmm.. make it stack, so a handful of meditators can reduce the enemy groups clvl to significantly lower clvl

Im nota MHealer, nor do i plan to be. But after seeing HL 4000 give 1500 hp heals....i just wanted to say that i think MHEALER should give 2,000 hp heals.


Im sure this has been said already...but what do you all think?

EDIT: I think Master Healer Box Skills should include both TOTAL HEAL and(some other name) Heal (2000 hp heal)
