Look, I'm new to the Jedi Forums, so maybe this was discussed, or maybe no one cares, or maybe what I'm about to ask was meant to be, but why under the (I think stupid) new way xp is showed do Jedi's not see how much they get per kill. It's kinda lame that we don't get to see how much we are getting. When I get a kill it shows +4100... blah blah blah. But I sure as crap know I'm not getting that. So why is it like this? Is it supposed to be like this? And are we just eternally screwed?

Whenever the devs add a new feature, it usually takes a publish or two to iron out the glaringly obvious bugs. Expect our true xp to be displayed sometime in '06

you could just figure out how much you're getting by subtracting your previous XP count with the XP count you have after the kill. I knew that Elementary subtraction would come in handy some day! hehe!

It's the retarded XP Feedback these morons uploaded in the game because too many people complained about XP Messages spamming across their screens. I tell ya this is one of the stupidest patches I've seen so far what a waste of time on the devs part to input something so ridiculous as this.

If you go under the skill sheet (ctrl-s) and check "show experience monitor" it'll help out a bunch. If you hover your mouse over the box it'll show the XP in realtime. I know it's not a directanswer to your question, but it helps doing calculations.

Thanks for your input. Glad to know others think that patch was stupid. I do use the "show status xp monitor" always have. It is a help. And right now the only way for me to know how much xp per kill I'm getting is by the elementary math. It just sucks to have to do that. Ok, well... later.

Oh, I definitely think the patch was stupid! It just makes me do subtraction now! AHH! I hate Math!

Quite simple really. as a previous poster said go to skills menu, ctrl-s, check the show experience box. Then select the skills you want to see. Hoover your mouse over the skill, write down the starting number displayed. Kill something then check again. Subtract the first from the second the XP amount is the differnce. For full template it is 1100 points per kill.

They're just trying to show us how much XP we could get if not a Jedi to convince us all to drop for Swordsman.
