hm, do you mean all the players who became jedi to be uber, to be an alpha class?

the casual player will stick witch the new stuff coming to jedi and learn to play the new jedi...

I haven't played my Jedi for any lengthy period since the combat upgrade. I havne't played my Jedi for more than 5 minutes, or moved out of her house for over 2 months now. The reason for this is because my unlock character has 95% of the skills, power and diversity that my Jedi has without any of the down sides such as waiting for Force to regenerate, having to deal with Bounty Hunters and no experience loss (I like to keep the door open for a template change and this means a never ending grind). My Bounty Hunter character also has unique and interesting content available to it, which my Jedi does not.

So if Jedi gets any weaker, nothing will change for me because the draw backs to being a Jedi have outweighed the benefits since the combat upgrade itself as far as I'm concerned. Its a real shame too because I worked really hard to unlock my Jedi and get her to Jedi Knight only for the combat upgrade to dumb down Jedi to the point where its more bother than its worth to actualy use the character when I can have 95% of the same things with none of the draw backs.

Jedi were toned down in both power and their uniqueness. The power you have no longer justifies the penalties imposed on Jedi and the skills and abilities that made Jedi unique and interesting are now gone, only to be replaced with skills that normal professions have available to them in one form or another. The only exceptions to this are things like Force Run, which has no real practical benefit at Master Enhancer other than for running away.

well it sounds as though powers may get a 'cloak revamp' before they fix the other problems with the template.

Light saber has a 'no decent pearls/crystals' nerf already.

Nope, the srength of my Jedi has no bearing on whether I keep playing the game. I am here for the people not the uberness.

Plus I play my Jedi all the time, use it for everything, so even if I wasn't a good fighter I'd still be doing other stuff. I've been a Jedi for... umm five or sixmonths I think, and my alt is still only novice swords, I didn't even make it for three months lol.

Yeah so anyway, my point is as both a roleplayer and someone who mainly plays to meet people I won't quit if they weaken my Jedi. of course I wouldn't complain if she got a bit stronger

And fix the damn force regen, its really annoying to make everyone wait while I regenerate my force (By that I mean that I used to be able to manage my force so that Irarely ran out, now I find myself emptying it pretty often) <------- This is my compulsory Jedi whine I don't normally post on here but from what I've read it seems to be a rule that every post has a whine in it.

idk if it get any worse ill quit, or just play my alt instead.

I could say I would quit, but I know I would end up staying around and hoping something better would come along. It's what I've dont since I started.
