Theres a rumor spreading atm that Tiggs was fired, mainly based on this thread:
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=communityrelations&message.id=15516
Anyway, the point of this thread isnt that Tiggs got fired, as thats not for sure one way or the other. The point is, IF she got fired, does anyone else realize that SOE isnt really obligated to give us the things SHE(not they) said we were going to get(like a new LS thats more powerful)? They could easily just say she came up with that herself w/out consulting them and stated it w/out their permission or some other BS, and it wouldnt supprise me considering its SOE. I wonder why this new LS isnt on TC Corbantis along w/ all the other Elder rewards?

people are giving tiggs too much credit (both good and bad.) She was a PR person - nothing more, nothing less. Every official post by tiggs was based off of information dictated by her superiors. She was in no place to promise anything to the player base. She had a thankless job, and if she ddid get canned, I hope she got a nice severance package.

No, he's right. they can use that now as a liable reason, as we no longet will get those vetern rewards. kind like how the vet buffs aren't in the game at all. now tiggs is gone, they could easily say.. "well she promised stuff she wasn't suppose to"

lol Libel.
Don't throw legal terms when you don't know what they mean, even if they would apply (which they wouldn't - "Game Experience May Change" & EULA = SOE can do what they want when they want)

sorry but don't give me that **edit**, "game experience may change online", blanket statement that i'm more then sure wouldn't hold up in court. i can only see it applying to a game that is SINGLE player, that has multiplayer playabiltity, not a **edit**ing MMORPG.

Devs can only make what they are paid to make. Dont blaim the Devs, blaim the marketers and salemen who write the checks.

Ladies and Gentlemen. they do not need to fire Tiggs to renege on their word or deceive us. They can and most likely will do so whenever they please. I'm willing to bet 10 shiny new adk's that, the employee knowns as Tiggs, still works at SOE and this whole situation is another trick.

Tiggs was a mouthpiece, nothing more. The coruption lies at the heart of this company not in it's soldiers.
