SO basically if i am a cl80 with just a paddy box then i get all the trimmings of a vet full temp nice...

or am i misundrestanding the ambigous postings?

I think you are misleading yourselves here in the fact that in the instance of crafters they are going to examine your current points invested to determine your respec. You can of course I assume respec to the full cl 80 jedi but you will not get the rewards for respec'ing into the class the rewards will be based on skill points invested in the profession before the re-vamp.
