i'm only a cl 61 jedi (just unlocked a week ago) i only have 0122LS and 0010 DEF so if i just learn all the novic junk like powers 1111 healing 1111 i can respec that to full trees when the new cu comes out?

if you know how a respec works , you get a number of points , the higher the tree the more points its worth.
so
1111 = 4 points = 4XXX
