Hey juni, sorry if I missed mellinche.
The new changes brought a new Bounty-Hunter TEF. This new TEF will prevent Jedi from entering any type of structure for 2.5 minutes, even if its your private buildings. You will also get TEF from any pet or vehicle that is outside your house, if the BH hits it, the TEF will force you outside of the house, so always remeber to store your pets and vehicles.
If you get attacked by a BH, and you need to run away, if you can supress the BH so you can run away and lose agro to call out a vehicle, I would suggest to head to the nearest starport or shuttleport and try to travel somewhere, because even if you dodge the BH after he attacks you, the TEF will prevent you from entering player structures.

I keep pre-purchased tickets from all the shuttle ports near the areawhere I grind to the city with my secret squirrel hideout.
No need to hit the ticket terminal or taker, just open your inventory as you approach and double click the ticket. *Poof* Your outta there andtucked safely in the hideout before there's time for a seeker to report back. Just be sure to move your safehouse once in a while, or you may find a surprise party waiting for you when you get there.
You are safe in any private structure if you are on entry. If you have you vehicle or droid outside and a BH attacks it then you are removed from the house. You do however have about 3 mins for the BH TEF to wear off. When that happens then you can enter a structure again.
Although I've never tested it, I would think that if a BH laid a bomb droid on your doorstep and set it off, you would catch some damage and be ejected. I'm not sure, though.
