Take away Jedi trainers...... and reinstate app points. This way, Jedi wouldnt be rare per say but it would for one make a padawan have to find someone with a skill, and two would be a large factor in ranking up in skills and a small factor in theFRS. Also ,this would make sure everyone combined would have all skills and some may even be rare which would bring back more diversity. There would also have to be a command involved with this incase someonedid not have a skill on your server, then you could do the quest for it to grant you the skill, but only one person can do the quest if nobody has it.

Also, they could take this a step further and have the "master" actually teach the "padawan". You would select teach and then what box or skills in a box. You would then use moves from that box which would eventually be passed onto and grant the padawan the box and the skills. This wouldn't be along process but again would add abit of content to the whole Jedi experience.
