A scary thought. Seems almost like the game is getting ready to go back to 150 skill points. As it was in the beginning. All the balance given to the professions in a set skill point cost to a profession master. What would this do for Jedi versus Bounty Hunter? Would this be something to make the game more interesting and give grouping more a desire? Of course the level system would need some tweaking, but by inherent ability Jedi would be a higher level profession close to or lvl 80 when you master one of the 5 disciplines. Master Bounty Hunter would be like level 60. Does anyone see this occuring or working too?

No. Although it is an interesting idea. I don't see them doing this.

This suggestion will likely make the BHs who troll this forum ejaculate with rage.
I don't see it happening.

Oh must be my bad then. Thought I remembered some folks discussing the game in the Fall of'03and saying 250 sp were chosen over 150 sp so more master titles could be had at the same time.

They might have been discussing alpha testing, or beta 1.

That could be it. I'm just trying to apply reason to the game and try for a little prediction off of the very little info we've been given as a community, and using info from much of the changes I see occuring. I hear rumors and I hear hearsay and this may fit that category. I can appreciate adding new content like planets and such and keeping such content a surprise. But what I do find apprehensible and abusive is having not defined destination for the changes being made to the game dynamics. Its like having a favorite toy a bully breaks every time you get it back together. Some days I like this game, some days I hate it, but I'll always love my avatars and just wish for them the best. Feeling optimistic today.

i think this is an actual problem they are faceing. they are trying to make defined roles/classes in the cu, but so many sp you can do it all on one char.
there would have to be a major overhaul, again, and i dont see them doing it.
