Bac what are your feelings? Are you talking to SOE and are you getting a decent response or are they feeding you a bunch of crap? It would be nice to know that we are a) being heard b) they think we are all just angry and ignoring us c) we are being heard and ignored anyway or d) they are actually going to try and work with us and understand our issues and concerns.

If you decide to leave this game due to the lack of customer loyalty, continue to show them how big an impact it has made and stop purchasing any sony products. Over time they will realize that their customers should have been more important as they will lose millions.

SOE believes in money, blindly we give it to them and unthankfully they take it. We pay them to play a Beta game and get screwed with no lube, they do however use sand while doing it
