I think the lock / deletion of a lot of the threads in this forum today were not really needed.
A lot of people are unhappy and things never seem to be getting better, as is always promised, unlike the usual small outcries from the minorities, this time it is the opinion of the vast majority of the playerbase that something needs to be done to correct these wrongs.
Please advise us how we should approach you toimplementchanges that the VAST MAJORITY want to see,as posting here seems to be outlawed / moderated unfairly to repress the views of the player / customer.
Not looking for further flames, just a response from the appropriate people advising us what we should do, I'm sure there must be some sort of complaint procedure or escalation procedure that you have to have ?

The difficulty is that a very large proportion of the other forum contributors feel that the only way to get their point across is to continually rant and rage at every little problem in front of them. Instead of pointing out their concerns, issues and then ideas, in a considerate and restrained way, all the mods ever find is doomsayers, pessimists and raging lunatics flaming everyone and everything in sight.
They also seem to forget that these forums are provided free of charge by Sony themselves, and therefore there is no right to free expression here, just as there is no right for free expression when you are a guest in my house....if I don't like what you say, I ask you to leave.
A return to constructive posting and less emotion would do us more favours than page after page of "boycot SOE/TOOW/The devs/The mods" that we have seen for the past few months.
I wholeheartedly back Garva and Tiggs, SOE and the deav team in any actions they see fit to use to control the idiotic posting.

You must see that it was just a damage control effort, why else wouldn't they lock it with the details of wherepeople CAN complain, rather than just lock it and delete all trace...Just seems to me like the community is getting more and more wound up, and as paying customers, surely do have the right to complain about a substandard service.
But yes. a lot of the posts within the thread were not at all constructive
