Thread: Cloak seems to be working the same (as far as snare is concerned)

I guess I missed when they mentioned this was not getting nerfed. I just want to verify I am not crazy. I went in game , cloaked and could FR3 at leisure. Sure seems fine to me and will deftinely make me stop my powers tree re-grind.

what is this talk about cloak and snare being used in the same sentence? I've been out of the loop lately.

I was under the impression , from reading countless posts, that if you claoked after pub 24it would auto snare you. So if you are cloaked you would be gimped and moving slow. Obviously that did not make it into the patch. It was waaaaay more than a rumor as it was mentioned in the changes to Ranger as well. Many Powers Jedi where every upset. I am amazed no one is talking about this.

None of the fixes or nerfs for cloak made it in.

Yes. Ranger revamp. I was initially confused as well because of the snare changes that are in THIS publish, until I was reminded that all cover (rifleman, cloak, etc) will be using the same system coming in the ranger revamp which is, I assume, the next big publish after ToOW.
