Ok since these are not tradeable anymore how to i get a hold of a +15 LS crafting tool if i need to craft it what resources do i need any help will be appreciated...btw iam MLS if that matters thanks

there still tradeable, just bought 2 off a vendor last night.

they are still tradeable, they become no trade after using them

Just use vendor search, grab one, and enjoy it 
If you cant find a 15 tool, you need 1k CD metal (I've got copper)

but in case you cant find any tools on vendors, you are looking mainly for metal with as high conductivity as possible
think with 1000 conductivity and good experimentation you can get 15.00 tools , but the rating of the tool doesnt seem to make much difference to crafting to me tbh, but I do use the 15 tools for the final combine
